My mouth is watering as I read this recipe. Drambuie, pecans, pineapple and lemon. That is a truly irresistible combination. I think the sauce would work well with a sponge pudding or maybe a fruit tart. Lovely.

What is this sauce best used on. I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin beer so I assume I would love this.
